Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no contracts or commitments. Once canceled, you won’t be billed for future charges.
How much does it cost for more than 5 Team Members?
The Team plan includes 5 Team Members. Each additional Team Member is $10 NZD per month. For example, if you have 7 Team Members, you’ll only pay for 2 additional Team Members.
How do I change my plan?
Your plan will automatically adjust when you add or remove Team Members. You can check your current plan and pricing anytime in the Billing section.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! As a Quotient customer, you’ll get your own personal referral link. Share it with friends, and for every successful referral, you’ll earn $100 in credit. Learn more about our referral program.
Do you offer a discount for multiple accounts?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you manage two or more accounts under the same subscription.
