50th Birthday Party event details

  • DATE: July 1.
  • TIME: 5:00 PM.
  • VENUE: The Palazzo.
  • NUMBER OF GUESTS: 75.

The Big Day

We’ll arrive at the venue three hours before the event starts to handle all preparations and setup. We guarantee that all catering, drinks, and dining set up will be complete and ready for guests no less than half an hour prior to the start time.

Your Happen Events assistant will be present for the duration of the event, to make sure you’re appropriately caffeinated, and will be available to take care of any last minute details or minor crises during the event (including making arrangements for Aunt Bertha if she enjoys a bit too much punch).

Many hands make light work, and a few more staff on deck to ensure you can kick back and enjoy the festivities, can make all the difference.

We recommend two additional staff members for events with more than 50 guests.
Price is per additional Happen Events on-site assistant, for the duration of the event.

Let our team take the load off you and handle all the heavy lifting when it comes to cleaning up.
We will perform a full clean of the venue following your event, up to specifications required for you to be refunded any bond paid on hiring the venue.

Payment terms and conditions

  • Full payment for your event is required at the conclusion of the event unless other arrangements have been made prior to the event date.
  • Any event setups or decorations and/or equipment used for the duration of the event remain the property of the vendor it was hired from, or Happen Events.
