I have utilised Solar Wise for what I consider two major upgrades to my house. The first was a 5kw solar system with Fronius Inverter; the second, the installation of a Heat Pump to reduce my gas dependence. While there have been a couple of hiccups along the way, mainly expectation management from both parties, the outcome of both installations have been first class. The back up support to date has also been fantastic with even minor assistance being rendered with enthusiasm. I have sought and been provided with excellent advice on both of these systems pre-installation as part of my broader research and have been rewarded for my selection of Solar Wise Wagga. I will be using Solar Wise again in the not too distant future with a domestic battery storage system enabling me to effective go 'off grid'. I have complete confidence in Solar Wise's honesty, integrity, willingness to assist and back-up service.

One of only TWO companies willing to actually come to the house and give a detailed inspection and quote fully supported by detailed information pamphlets. Quote was the better of the two by a small amount which confirmed that both were genuine (the other quote was from outside Wagga so no collusion). Quality of the installation was impressive and the follow up has been very good including assistance with the IT program. I did a great deal of research over many months prior to committing and everything they did matched the recommendations from my research I bought quality and paid a fair price fro a quality installation. Highly recommend the Wagga Solar Wise ( I dealt mainly with Marcus Grant).

Alex liaised with the electrician etc. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

We recently puchased a 5.4kw solar system from SolarWise, Wagga Wagga. From the outset, Alex was very professional in his approach providing and discussing solar options that best suited our needs, he was not just simply trying to sell us a system. His knowledge and product committment made us to feel confident that there would be on-going support should there be a need. This was really important to us. Whilst the final product we choose to instal was not the cheapest, it was certainly the best quality. Finally, the technicians that came to instal the unit were also very knowledgeable and efficient , taking less that a day for it to be up and running.

Marcus politely guided us through the process of investigating and ordering a system designed for our Wagga home, his tradesmen did an great installation job and then he took us through the steps of commissioning the unit with our electricity retailer. The system, which includes an inverter and a mobile phone app, is working very well. We can now tailor the operation of appliances such as the pool pump to fit in with the supply of electricity from the panels.

From the initial contact by phone, the consultant attended our address and accessed the building as to the appropriate location of the solar system. The consultant explained our options available to suit our needs, how each option worked and what was the best system for us. A large amount of information was supplied allowing us to make a informed decision about the solar system. Following our first meeting a quote was received within two days.
Once the quote was accepted we were given a start date. The system was installed over two days. The installers were professional, tidy, explained each step of insulation and left no mess on completion of the job.
