Serendipiti are the closest you can get to an "in-house" level of service, from an "outsourced" service. They are super-responsive to our needs, looking at problems and coming up with solutions as soon as we ask. Yes, this is about IT and tech - but Serendipiti gives the (for us anyway) much appreciated 'human' aspect to the sometimes baffling and complex digital domain. As a bonus, they also help find the most cost effective solutions, pointing us to the way of working that saves our time and money - much needed in our medium-sized charity. In sum, they really are part of our team.

We had a networking problem with our office PCs and printer. Sometimes our system would work and other times it wouldn't, which was becoming increasingly frustrating and time-consuming. After setting up an account with Serendipiti, David came round the very next day and reconfigured everything perfectly. We are very pleased with the end result, and found David to be friendly and informative. We asked other random questions regarding certain computer related issues and nothing was too much trouble for David, who answered all of our questions and offered advice. We have chosen Serendipiti for our IT support going forward as we were not getting any customer service from our previous IT support and had a very frustrated team of colleagues.
From the first call to see if Serendipiti could meet our niche requirements, we have received transparency every step of the way. We started to use them while our current IT support was in place, they came to the office and did a complete audit of all our IT equipment and software to make sure we had all that was required to operate at full capacity, the audit was frank and to the point, we have accepted their recommendations and all is running smoothly now.
The CAD team are no longer frustrated and can work smoothly without the clinches they were getting. I am not getting frustrated team members coming to me because of IT issues.
We are kept up to date with what is happening just as it should be for any client when there is not an instant resolution.
We have great customer service from Serendipiti with a lot less teething problems than I thought we might get.
I have no hesitations at all in recommending anyone to have a discussion with Sally and David about their IT requirements and if they can support your business.
I am positive that our partnership with Serendipiti will last many years.

Having met with Sally and David on site, we discussed our current systems and issues we were encountering, and the potential options to allow the company to continue to grow into the future. Once agreed the Seredipiti team arranged for all the computers to be integrated into the new system and worked hard to, where as always with IT Integration, minimise the downtime experienced to ensure the TriVow team were fully up and running as quickly and smoothly as possible.
I am sure that TriVow has now found our outsourced IT team as we continue to evolve and will definitely utilise the services of Serendipiti into the future.

OVER THE MOON! Sally & David at Serendipiti have been absolutely amazing. After being with an IT support company for just a few months, we realised that things weren't going well so a friend recommended we have a chat with Serendipti. Sally explained that they could do everything that we asked for and should be able to solve all the issues that we were experiencing. Well .... in a very short time, earlier than the scheduled timescale, everything was in place. We now have a secure IT system that allows 3 members of staff to work remotely on all of our software - this is much more that we even asked for as it had just been refused by the previous IT company to even allow me, the director, to do this. I am still on cloud 9 that in such a short time we have had these changes made and this has helped our small company immensely. And even our monthly costs have reduced! As an added bonus, we have made new friends! Sally and David are so friendly and approachable and they put you at ease without making you feel 'small'. Yet they are still professional and transparent, making sure that we understand exactly what they are doing along our journey together. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they have gone ABOVE & BEYOND all expectations.
