To help the process of an exterior home paint job be as quick, efficient, and painless as possible, we ensure a turnaround time of 15 working days from acceptance of quote to completion of painting.

Once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote, one of our team will contact you during business hours that same day to book in a time and date for your job that works for you.

We also have business relationships with a network of trusted local businesses, so if your exterior home paint job is part of a general make-over, we can also refer you to recommended tradespeople for wallpapering, interior design, and landscaping.

Check-up and guarantees

At Broad Strokes, we stand behind our work. In order to take full ownership of the standard of work we provide, we will schedule a time two months following your paint job to check on the wear of the paint and ensure you’re happy with the results.

All the paint we use includes a 15 year manufacturer’s warranty that promises the paint will not peel, blister, flake, or fade. If the paint does not perform as promised during this time, we will return to fix this at no cost to you.

We pride ourselves in our Color Match Guarantee, which ensures there’s no difference across all areas painted the same color, and no nasty surprises of dried paint that looks vastly different to the color you chose.

Our Color Match Guarantee includes thorough training for our staff in color consultation to help you choose the perfect match for your home. Our team is equipped with the knowledge and expertise to ensure your home makeover vision is fully realized.

Payment terms and conditions

• By accepting this quote, you agree to pay the total amount detailed here. Any changes to this amount must be agreed upon by both Broad Strokes and the customer.
• A deposit of 20% for the total quoted price will be invoiced on acceptance of this quote, and is required to be paid before work begins.
• The balance of the total quoted price will be invoiced on completion of work, and is due 7 days following invoice date.
• We accept all major credit cards, cash, direct debit, or electronic funds transfer. To transfer payment electronically, please deposit into account number 5555-5555-5555, using your quote number (listed at the top of this page) as the transfer reference.
