Warranty Details
Dry Run guarantees all materials and workmanship to be free of defects for 5 years from the installation date.
Our warranty excludes damage from rain or wind and routine wear and tear over the 5-year period.
To ensure your awning is well cared for and lasts for the duration of it’s 5 year warranty, we recommend:
- Always dry out your retractable awning before rolling away.
- Clean the fabric of your awning once every 2 - 3 months, using a soft sponge and plain water.
Please note that fabric fading is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under warranty for repair or replacement.
All fabrics used by Dry Run are flame retardant in accordance with national standards, in order to comply with building codes.
