Initial Consultation

Each wedding is unique, so as a first step, you’re invited to our office for a complimentary half-hour consultation to meet with the DJ you’ll be working with and discuss the requirements and preferences for your booking.

During this consultation, we will cover:

The genres, artists, albums, and songs you’d like included on your special day
A broad overview of the timelines involved in your event (e.g., soft music during dinner starting at 5 PM, followed by dancing music from 7 PM)
What equipment will be used and when and where it will be set up at your venue

Wedding day DJ services

On the day of your event, the DJ you were matched with will arrive no less than one hour prior to your event to set up all equipment, test sound gear, and ensure everything is working as required.

Price includes travel time
Price includes six hours of service (including one hour for setup and soundcheck)
Additional time is charged at 200.00 per hour.

Save time and money, and hire one of our state of the art wedding photobooths!

Complete with fun event setups or decorations and printable photo strips for your guests, our photobooths capture the energy of your special day and provide all guests with a memorable keepsake.

Your photobooth will be staffed by one of our trained team members to ensure your guests get the best photobooth shots possible.

After accepting your quote

We will contact you within 24 hours of acceptance to schedule your initial consultation. The major perk of visiting our office is experiencing our top-of-the-line equipment before your big day.

Alternatively, if it’s more convenient, we can meet you at your home.

Request your favourite songs!

We know how important it is to hear just the right tracks to really make your night perfect. To make sure you’re in full control, we encourage you and your guests to enter the songs they want to hear via our song request system. Details will be provided once the quote has been accepted.

Payment and Terms

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due no less than seven days before your event.

Payment can be made via cash, all major credit cards, check, or online funds transfer.

If paying via online funds transfer, please use your quote number and last name as the payment reference.
