Terms and payment
We require a 20% down payment to secure your project, with the balance due upon completion.
We accept payments via cash, credit card, check, or secure online transfer.
Workmanship and materials warranty
We’re confident in our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty. If you ever notice any workmanship issues, simply give us a call and we’ll repair it free of charge.
Our materials come with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects such as splitting, splintering, rot, or damage from pests, but not general wear and tear.
