Purchasing and Procurement
We allow up to two weeks to source the necessary items for your design from the confirmed Stock Review. Once procurement is complete, the Diletto team will contact you to schedule a date for installation.

At Diletto Interior Design, we recognize that one of the main hesitations people have about using interior design services is the notoriously lengthy planning stages and uncertain timelines typical in the design world.
We understand that you, the customer, are busy, that’s why we guarantee you that any agreed dates will be met. If these timeframes are not met, for any reason, we will discount your overall bill by 5% per working day of delays.
