I have just had my new white PVC picket fencing installed on my 70yr old house.

The product was fantastic and easy to work with. Troy from Big Country gave some good tips and instructions on installing (of which the most important was Plan Plan Plan, Measure Measure Measure - then start!). Everything went together perfectly and we (and all our neighbours) love our new fence.

We were impressed that all the hardware fixtures and fittings were included with the fence kit we purchased. I was concerned with getting the spacing right, and ensuring the gates fitted. After reading the instructions multiple times and using the tap measure and the supplied measuring stick I worked out the spacing and concreted the posts and supports into the ground. Everything fitted well from there. We are very happy with the end result, and would recommend your product.
Couple of points which you may need to address are;
1. The posts were packed in twos with a wrap of plastic, this is fine if they are shipped or picked up straight away. I think our post packages were stored for some time out side and accumulated dirt and grit inside the plastic wrap, after freighting home and unpacking I found the the majority of posts had been marked and discoloured by the dirt, I had to carefully check each post and work out the best way to try and hide the marks from view.
2. One gate hinge was different in the plate design, and the hinge pivot offset , which made the gate hang slightly off vertical, it requires some modification for the gate to hang true. Maybe check the packages to ensure all hinge pairs are the same.
