Last Wednesday (11th) a plumber from Logic (I didn't catch his name) replaced a toilet and repaired a longstanding blockage problem with another toilet. We are delighted with the results and the excellent workmanship. He had a pleasant manner and explained everything in easy to understand terms. If all the Logic workers are as good as this one then I can heartily recommend the company.

Booked in for Monday 9th September 2024 . Came off a nightshift to stay up all day to be available for boiler service . No engineer or phone call was made to explain why knowone was coming . Only use logic because they carry work out for domestic and general , so no option to choose anyone else. Had to go back onto a nightshift with 2 hrs sleep. Great service from logic sending me to work with 0 productivity.

Simon from Logic did a solar thermal disconnect for me and he hadn’t seen the system before but worked methodically through disconnecting pipe work, motors, header tank and collectors. Friendly, efficient and tidy.

The office staff have always been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The workers on site, especially the electricians, have been professional, efficient, sociable, helpful, tidy and clean. They are a credit to the company.
I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing solar panels.

The service provided by Logic is very good and back-up assistance also good. I have only used them for electrical work and I would recommend them for this. Whenever I have phoned the company, I have found that their reception staff to be very friendly and very helpful. In the main, I have found their pricing to be pretty competitive.

I was promised the quote on monday morning which turned up on time. having agreed to the work, a date was set and the engineer turned up at the prescribed time. He was very polite such as seeing if there was a route to the boiler that did not require going through the house. Asked if he could use the loo. Corrected a couple of small things that had not been done during initial installation (by another company). Very pleased. did what they said when they said. will certainly use again

We had a complicated ASHP retrofit replacing back boiler and thermal store connecting into an existing UFH system. There could have been a bit better communication at the outset in terms of specification of the new system. That said the engineers on site are knowledge, good at what they do, and happy to share sensible advice. Logic have a large team with multiple skill sets, so for a mixed technology type install they had someone for every aspect of the work. Head office worked hard to resolve teething problems, and we got sorted. It was a complicated install, so teething issues to be expected.

Excellent service from start to finish. After enquiring about a boiler, logic sent out a member of the team to look at the current system and to give me a few options. They took into consideration my limitations and gave me two options to decide on, this was confimed by email. The email system was very quick and easy to use. Soon after I recieved a call arranging a visit and install. The day of install the guys were friendly, informative and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recomend this company.

We were recommended to use Logic from one of our neighbour's.
They were very helpful from start to finish, the team that came plumbers Alan ,Acer, Max the electrician and Mike the builder were excellent workers, on time especially as we live up the top of Weardale.
Great guys to work with, cleaned up as they went along, took all our rubbish etc away, left a very tidy job.
Mike the builder had to redesign the fireplace and flue, the stove will be installed once I have finished the hearth next week.
I would highly recommend Logic for any heating/plumbing work

On the whole I think the installation of my new boiler and oil tank went well, but could have been better co-ordinated, eg the builders travelled here all the way from Appleby (75miles) to enlarge the base for the new oil tank only to find the old tank, a quarter full with oil, still in place! They had to return home and come back the following day by which time the old tank had been drained and removed! When reversing down my driveway with the new tank, the small lorry hit the gatepost, causing it to fracture half way down. I did point this out and they were going to try and reposition it again but I have just realised that this hasn't been done.

Had our boiler serviced which was all good but it needed some parts so the engineer told the office which parts and we then got a quote for said parts which was £400+ and we accepted, the engineer came the following week to fit parts and when he finished he said to me that he would need to reorder a part as it wasn’t there and went on to say there’d be no extra charge so I was shocked a couple of days later when I get another quote through for this part which was another £80+ so I call the office to be told it’s a different part that was needed. It’s probably best to get things in writing. That’s the only reason I’ve given 3 stars as everything else was fine.
