I’ve been looking at Anton Gerner’s website for sometime as I love the Art Deco design features on many of the furniture items. I finally decided to buy one of the sideboards. The online ordering process was very easy. Anton also communicated well through email to finalise my specific preferences for size etc. I was delighted to find that the costs of shipping were included in the price. So now I’m waiting for approximately six months for the piece to be ready for delivery. It is great to find that high quality, well designed and handmade furniture is available in Australia. I am eagerly awaiting delivery.

We have a new home away from home, and we are taking care to furnish it with minimum beautifully designed furniture of excellence. In my mind, I had imagined a light-looking table made from Australian timbers. My husband and I made an appointment to see Anton as soon as lockdown was over. Our table was sitting in the showroom, and upon first sight we knew it was even better than we had envisaged. Despite its initially simple appearance, closer inspection will reveal the details that make this piece exquisite. The table will seat ten comfortably, so Anton is making a combination of chairs and benches to match. The table is indeed a work of Art. Anton has been a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism is marked by his quiet warmth and efficient manner.
