I have been using City Gas Boilers for over 10 years - to install & carry out annual maintenance on boilers (for myself & family members) and they continuously exceed expectations. Steve, Christine and the team are always extremely helpful, considerate and perform a first class service and consistently exceptional high standards. I've used them for emergency call-outs & also an emergency boiler replacement. Their prices are very competitive and represent excellent value. I will continue to use City Gas & would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Keep up the excellent work!

Have been using City Gas now for several years for boiler services and never had a cause for complaint. Most recent experience was in the initial repair and subsequent replacement of a faulty boiler. This was carried out in the usual efficient manner with minimal disruption and no mess.

I can't speak too highly of the service we received from City Gas. We needed a complete boiler replacement and Steve Chadwick and Christine, in the office, went out of their way to arrange it quickly so that we didn't have too long to wait without heating and the work done was done at the weekend . The CH engineer was really thorough and competent, explained things as he went along and made sure that everything was completely sorted before he left. The floors were covered in dust sheets and he cleaned everything up afterwards and the old boiler etc was collected the following day.
We have used City Gas for a number of years for servicing the boiler and CH. They are extremely good, totally reliable and we wouldn't use anyone else.

The service provided by Stephen Chadwick was exemplary. He and his assistant Orlando installed a new boiler in my flat. The took care to protect the floors and boiler cupboard from damage and cleared up any dust and debris that had arisen as a result of the work. They were professional, careful and polite. At the end of the installation Stephen took time to patiently explain the workings, settings and controls to me. I rate Stephen's skill, expertise and knowledge very highly. His work was meticulous and thorough.

So glad that we found the City Gas team. They did a fantastic job delivering a high quality replacement for an old expensive combi boiler which was beginning to fail, as well as taking care of several side jobs we had requested in the process. Discovering a minor gas leak in our kitchen on the day was dealt with in a highly professional manner and without additional charge or complaint. Watching the team work was a pleasure - working quickly but making sure that everything was done right.

I can highly recommend this company. Steve has regularly serviced my old combi boiler - very thorough and reasonably priced servicing. Then it came time for a new boiler (the old one was 17 years old) and Steve sent me a comprehensive quote setting out three options. He also answered all my questions in detail so that I felt confident in making a choice. Steve and another member of his team did a wonderful job removing the old boiler and installing the new one in one day. Everything was tidied up and all the new controls explained. I am absolutely delighted with my new boiler and how the work was done. The support on the phone from the operations manager Christine is also excellent which makes a big difference to the customer.
