Our initial contact over phone was informative and very helpful with regards to what landscaping entails as we had no idea of process or even where to start. Scott came to our home and discussed ideas and options, doing up a rough map of yard and a few weeks later we had a Zoom meeting where a design was presented by Rick and we discussed with both he and Scott. Overall we were very happy with these guys- they answered all of our questions and were quick to return any phone calls we made to answer further questions. Their design for our backyard was so much better than anything we could have come up with. We are currently working with a landscaper they recommended and even though we are halfway through the project we are very happy with everything.

From the moment i meet Ricky i felt totally at ease and confident in his recommendations. My very large garden was completely out of control and i felt completely overwhelmed by the task ahead of me to try to regain some control over it. Ricky completely took my stress away. He and his team came up with an amazing garden design that i felt completely comfortable with. Not only that but Ricky knew i was on a very tight budget so he spent a lot of time and effort looking at affordable but fantastic looking products that would give me the look i wanted but at a reasonable cost. I also feel Ricky listened to my concerns and was completely up front with what was possible and what wasn't. When Ricky completed the initial plan i went to his studio. He put these virtual goggles on me that actually put me in my new garden. It completely and vividly brought his spectacular design to life. It absolutely blew my mind. My garden is still a work in progress but i am so excited by how it is working out that at one stage i just wanted to fix the garden and sell but have now decided to stay and enjoy my beautiful garden. We had an excellent experience with Re:Scape – Ricky and the team. First, after notifying him of our interest via email, Ricky got back to us the next day. He said he would meet with us and he was there and at the time he said. I do not know about you, but meeting dates and times is not what I have experience with others. We told him a little of what we had in mind and the type of "look" we wanted. He walked the prospective landscaping project with us and told us he would have a plan for us to review and go over with him the following week. Again, right on time. The Plan was very specific with all the different types of works to be completed noted. He also had the dollar amount for each specific item which was requested; demo and prep, concreting, tiles, landscaping and planting, lighting, irrigation, painting, etc., broken out and easy to follow. When we were satisfied with the costs and the plan, he was ready to schedule us. Ricky, Shory and the team came out on the date planned and worked very conscientiously and very professionally - they worked the landscape as if it were theirs. Ricky and Shory kept us informed of the progress and provided us updates on any changes. They also let us know if trade-offs had to be made and why. Also, Shory was very flexible as we would add or delete to what he was doing or was planned. Ricky was easy to reach and very open to questions and providing recommendations. Overall, an excellent experience and we are extremely pleased with the work - the entertaining area, yard and landscaping look great! We highly recommend Ricky and his company.

We're only at Stages 2-4, but already we know Ricky and his team were the right choice for our Body Corporate project. One of the main attractions, apart from Ricky's down to earth and engaging ideas was his wealth of experience, knowledge and software portal. This technology helps keep all owners up to date and able to give feedback so the Committee can step back at this tricky stage and focus on funding and timelines for the EGM.
