This was my first year of using Mackenzies, or any other accountant, to complete my tax return. I found that the service they offered was efficient and easy from my perspective. I simply forwarded forwarded spreadsheets of cashflow by email and left everything to Mackenzies. With tax legislation regarding rented properties forever changing, becoming more complex and jargon rich, it is a headache I am pleased to offload. Unlike personnel from HMRC, I found my accountant was easy to contact, easy to comprehend, offered good advice and was pleasant.
