I had a small carpark line painted by KP, involving specific measurements and a VERY uneven concrete area to have to contend with.
Four things stood out...
1. The office kept me fully up-to-date with their timetable to do the job - not an easy task during contrary springtime weather.
2. On the day, the team arrived early! That's a new experience for me.
3. I was invited to walk through the plan and make any 'last minute' alterations.
4. The men were courteous, showed respect to me, and their communications were pleasantly free of profanity.
