Wow! Working with Ashley Lundblade was a great experience. Being a complete introvert, I had NOT looked forward to this process. However, within five minutes Ashley had created an atmosphere that felt more like talking with an old friend rather than a photo shoot. Her patience and understanding during that morning, was incredible and much appreciated.
The final product was amazing, and with a very small amount of editing, was perfect for the project.

We had a great experience with RSM recruiting and hosting a focus group! Bruce was very helpful providing feasibility and helping with the planning phase of the project. Emily and Promise did an incredible job overseeing the project and recruiting participants for our focus group. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and worked closely with me to pull off the best possible group for our client, who was very satisfied with the study. I really appreciate their willingness to go back and forth with me so frequently about the makeup of the recruits and answer all my little questions along the way. They never said 'no' to a single request - and I had many - so I really appreciate their flexibility and patience. I look forward to working with the team at RSM again next time we pursue a project in the area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with their research.

Prior to the event their communication was very thorough and professional. They provided a detailed bid for exactly what asked for and their pricing was very competitive. As for the drone coverage itself- it was outstanding! The drone coverage was nearly flawless and we were in very challenging conditions with a snowstorm that day! I would highly recommend these guys!

They were willing to take on the challenge of analyzing BML & learning about the health insurance/employee benefits industry to create marketing material that would appeal to our diverse target audiences.
