For non-priority jobs, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient time for repairs, which will be completed within 4 days
For priority jobs, we will contact you within 15 minutes, with a plumber dispatched to arrive on-site within 60 minutes

Full payment is required on completion of work.

We accept payment by cash, card, or online funds transfer. All of our on-site staff carry mobile payment systems for card transactions.
