Quotient as a Desktop App

Follow these steps to have Quotient run like a desktop app...

Mac

Chrome Browser

1. Open Google Chrome browser on your Mac.

2. Navigate to https://go.quotientapp.com

3. Once Quotient has loaded, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the Chrome window.

4. From the dropdown menu, hover over "Cast, save and share" and then click on "Install Quotient..."

5. Click "Install", and Google Chrome will create an application shortcut for Quotient on your Mac.

You can now launch Quotient as a desktop app by finding the application shortcut either in the Applications folder or using Spotlight search (Cmd + Space) and typing Quotient.

Windows

Chrome Browser

1. Open Google Chrome browser on your Windows computer.

2. Navigate to https://go.quotientapp.com

3. Once Quotient has loaded, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the Chrome window.

4. From the dropdown menu, hover over "Cast, save and share" and then click on "Install Quotient..."

5. Click "Install", and Google Chrome will create an application shortcut for Quotient on your Mac.

You can now launch the Quotient as a desktop app by double-clicking the desktop shortcut.

Edge Browser

1. Open Microsoft Edge browser on your Windows computer.

2. Navigate to https://go.quotientapp.com

3. Once the Quotient is loaded, click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the Edge window.

4. From the dropdown menu, select "Apps" and then click on "Install Quotient."

5. A prompt will appear asking you to confirm the installation. Provide a name for the app if required, and then click "Install."

Microsoft Edge will create a shortcut for Quotient on your desktop, and it will also appear in your Start menu.
