Booking Your Visit
We will reach out within 24 hours of quote acceptance to schedule a date and time to start surveying.
If you have any existing property information documents, please forward them to us so we can adequately prepare for the onsite work.
Payment and Terms
We require a deposit of 20% to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after work is completed.
We accept payment via cash, credit card, check, or bank transfer.
When paying by bank transfer, please use the quote number and your last name as the payment reference.

As such, we guarantee our standard property surveying services will take no longer than 3 weeks from first contact to providing you with your survey documents. We also guarantee our work is complete and accurate.
Should you be unsatisfied with any of our services, we will redo them at no charge to you, to our Express Service time frame of 4 business days.
